3)a)i) Emergency prescription medication was not accompanied with a medication authorization specific to that medication as there were two different types of medication listed on the same authorization. This could result in confusion regarding the instructions for storing, dispensing, or specific side effects of the medication. 3)a)ii)A) Emergency non-prescription medication for a child was not labeled with the child's name and the medication was expired in January 2025. It was not accompanied with a medication authorization specific to that medication as there were two different types of medication listed on the same authorization. This could result in confusion regarding the instructions for dispensing the medication. 3)c)i) Emergency medication stored in the first aid kit was not inaccessible to children. The first aid kit was left out where it was accessible when everyone came in from outdoors.
